ULM Holds BIMTEK Permenpan-RB related to Performance Management of State Civil Servants

Banjarmasin – Rector of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Sc., invited all Leadership, Vice Rector, Deans, Deputy Deans, Coordinators and Sub-Coordinators within ULM to the Technical Guidance (BIMTEK) Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform Number 6 of 2022 concerning Management Performance of the State Civil Apparatus on Monday (11/09/2023). This event was held in connection with the publication of Ministerial Regulation for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform Number 6 of 2022 concerning Performance Management of State Civil Apparatus which was held for 2 days 11-12 September 2023 at the General Building ULM Banjarmasin.

On this occasion, representatives from the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of Education and Culture were willing to spend time providing enlightenment regarding the latest Permenpan-RB regulations. The event was opened by the Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance Dr. Ir. Arief Rahmad Maulana Akbar, M.Si., IPU to represent the Rector who was unable to attend the event.

In his speech, Vice Rector II expressed his gratitude for the willingness of the representatives of the HR Bureau of the Ministry of Education and Culture to come to this event. He hopes that in 2023, the proposal for a ULM remuneration system can be implemented.

“Like it or not, assessing our work is a crucial thing,” said Vice Rector II.

He also asked for support from all parties in the ULM academic community to make the numerization assessment system a success as BLU.

“I ask for support from all faculty and institution leaders to support everything and also support today from the Ministry to provide all matters related to the new regulations. “Hopefully there will be no obstacles to what we want to implement in 2023.” he added.
