In his address, the Rector highlighted various achievements of ULM throughout 2024. He encouraged the Vice Rectors to acknowledge the achievements of both students and faculty members.
He also urged the graduates, who will become alumni, to continue pursuing higher education. Prof. Ahmad mentioned that ULM offers tuition fee reductions for outstanding alumni.
The policy provides tuition fee waivers for cum laude graduates for 2 (two) semesters, and fee reductions for alumni with a GPA above 3. The Rector hopes that these policies and recognitions will motivate the younger generation, particularly ULM students, to persist in their studies and achieve excellence.
“With the increasing number of graduations, we also aim to enhance the productivity of our programs and faculties, improve average study durations, and continually raise GPA levels. Thank you for your dedication,” concluded the Rector in his speech.
