FKIK Service Optimization Webinar Attended by Universities from 12 Provinces
Banjarmasin – The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 held a national webinar entitled “Optimizing Excellent Service for Higher Education Staff”.
A total of 618 participants from ULM and various universities from 12 provinces in Kalimantan, Java, and Sumatra attended this webinar. The universities include Tidar University, Borneo Tarakan University, YARSI Pontianak Health College, Bandung State Polytechnic, Husada Borneo Health College, Siliwangi University, UGM, ISFI Banjarmasin Health College, UMB, Tanah Laut State Polytechnic, STIMI Banjarmasin, NU South Kalimantan University, Pancasetia STIE, Bethesda Serukam Nursing Academy, IAIN Ponorogo, Eka Harapan Palangkaraya Health College, Wiyata Husada Samarinda Health College, UM Palangkaraya, Malang State Polytechnic, Unggulan Kalimantan Polytechnic, ‘Aisyiyah Pontianak Polytechnic, PGRI Kalimantan University, UM Surabaya, Esa Unggul University, Proclamation 45 University, UIN Antasari Banjarmasin, STAI Darul Ulum Kandangan, Sebelas Maret University, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Sriwijaya University, Kaltara Business Polytechnic
This webinar presents three resource persons, namely Dr. Neka Erlyani, M.Psi, Psychologist from the Psychology Study Program, FKIK ULM, Hj. Ceria Hermina, M.Psi, Psychologist from the Faculty of Psychology, Muhammadiyah University of Banjarmasin (UMB), Shanty Komalasari, M.Psi, Psychologist from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities, Antasari State Islamic University (UIN) Banjarmasin. The discussion and question and answer activities in this webinar were moderated by Rika Vira Zwagery, M.Psi, Psychologist from the Psychology Study Program, FKIK ULM.
Prof. Dr. dr. Syamsul Arifin, M.Pd, FISPH., FISCM, as the Dean of FKIK ULM in his remarks greatly appreciated this national webinar activity because it can improve the empowerment of campus human resources, especially education personnel who are the pillars of higher education services to students and the public in general.
Chairman of the committee Dr. Neka Erlyani, M.Psi, Psychologist said that this activity was held as a follow-up to the ULM lecturer research and service program. In addition, it is also a form of concern for the world of education in Indonesia in facing the challenges of change. The activity which was carried out for 4 hours also aims to establish relations with human resources in several local and national universities.
The activity supported by APIO South Kalimantan, UMB and UIN Antasari Banjarmasin also received positive testimonials from the participants as shown by several comments so that similar activities can be held again but offline.
