Sancaka Team Makes Achievements at the 8th Creative Festival, State University of Malang

Students from the Educational Technology Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lambung Mangkurat University, who are members of the Sancaka Team, succeeded in winning 1st place in the Digital Learning Media Competition in the 8th Creative Festival organized by the Student Association of the Department of Educational Technology, State University of Malang.
Creative Festival #8 is a forum for students throughout Indonesia from various majors to express their creative ideas through digital works. Creative Festival #8 is a space for the young generation to explore their potential and develop their talents in various digital fields, such as posters, short films and digital learning media. Through this festival, they can show innovative and inspiring works to a wider audience. This activity has several series of activities such as participant registration, work collection, judging, work exhibition and awarding at the end of the activity.
The Sancaka Team itself consists of Annida Zulfa, Wildan Tamami and Muhammad Ihsan. These three students are members of the Sancaka Team which has previously won several competitions in the field of learning media. Some of the achievements that have been achieved include being 3rd place in the 2023 National Learning Media Educational Days, Finalist in the 2023 National Learning Media Competition, Vibrant Educational Technology, 1st place in the 2024 National Geography Competition Learning Media and 3rd place in ARUH XV National Learning Media.
Meanwhile, the title of 1st Place in the Digital Learning Media Competition at the 8th Creative Festival, State University of Malang, was the fifth title won by students from the class of 2022. By using digital learning media entitled “Hydropedia: Hydrology Encyclopedia for Class
Wildan Tamami as a representative of the Sancaka Team admitted that initially they were pessimistic about the final results of this competition and did not expect to win first place, “the process of winning at the 8th Creative Festival is certainly not an easy thing, we initially felt pessimistic because this is a big competition, even the jury Those who were brought in were lecturers who were experts in the field of learning media. “Because of the size of this event, we have perfected the media we created as much as possible, starting from the appearance, various assessments, as well as the choice of electronic modules and independent learning in it,” he said.
“We also don’t forget to make presentation videos that can captivate the hearts of the judges. Then it continued with the announcement of the competition at that time which was held online via live streaming. Before being announced, our media is assessed and reviewed by the judges. “We received a lot of input, but Alhamdulillah, we won 1st place in this competition,” he added to us via WhatsApp message.
With this achievement, it certainly further strengthens the position and role of the Educational Technology Student Association, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lambung Mangkurat University (HIMA TEKPEND FKIP ULM) in facilitating students in various off-campus student activities that can produce achievements. This is also of course thanks to support from the ULM FKIP Educational Technology Study Program.
Hopefully the achievements achieved by Annida Zulfa, Wildan Tamami and Muhammad Ihsan can be a positive example for other educational technology students and can be a motivation to continue to contribute to producing proud achievements for our beloved campus and support the increase in KPI 2, especially in terms of student activities. outside campus through the achievements obtained.
