UTBK Participants are Asked to Fill Out a Questionnaire, Provide Assessments and Suggestions Regarding the Implementation of the Exam
Participants in the 2024 Computer Based Written Examination (UTBK) National Selection Test (SNBT) at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) are asked to fill out a questionnaire immediately after they have finished carrying out the test series. Filling out the questionnaire was carried out in accordance with the instructions and procedures of the Central SNPMB committee.
The questionnaire contains a collection of questions, such as input and suggestions from participants for the UTBK SNBT implementing committee. Through this questionnaire, the SNPMB Quality Assurance and Study and Development Team can collect input and suggestions from participants so that in the future the SNBT UTBK can be held better. Participants were instructed to fill out the questionnaire honestly according to their experiences when carrying out UTBK.
Outside the exam room, participants fill in indicators of participant satisfaction in taking the exam, information related to the implementation of the exam such as the time and place of the exam, requirements and exam equipment that must be brought, and the process for printing participant cards for exam participants who are interested in taking the exam again.
Not only that, the questionnaire also presented questions regarding the infrastructure provided by the committee in organizing UTBK SNBT 2023, such as directions to the exam location, availability of adequate lighting and air circulation, condition of exam chairs, legibility of exam questions, and checking participants’ identities and orderliness in implementation. exam.
This questionnaire closes with a column for suggestions and comments regarding the implementation of the exam to improve the implementation of the next exam. Exam participants can convey the best solutions that the committee can implement to overcome obstacles experienced by exam participants. Through this questionnaire, it is hoped that in the future UTBK can be implemented even better.
