[Press Release] Disappearance of Student Aditya Dharma Santoso
The search for Aditya Dharma Santoso, a student at the Faculty of Forestry (Fahutan) at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) who disappeared while doing geotagging, namely the process of adding geographic information to a digital map in Sungai Ahas Village, Mantangai District, Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan, on Thursday ( 2/5/2024) afternoon, until now it is still continuing.
ULM together with a joint team consisting of BPBD, Basarnas, TNI, Polri, Mantangai District, Sei Ahas Village Government, Mapala ULM, PBS and other related parties, have combed the forest area around the village. The obstacle faced in the field is that access to the location and mobilization of personnel can only use motorized boats (klotok ces). The location where the victim was searched was in the forest, resulting in limited visibility because it was blocked by vegetation whose height was an average of 1-2 meters
