This activity gathered all managers and mentors for each group of student entrepreneurs who participated in this annual event.
The sarasehan activity was used as a forum for all guests or participants of the 2024 KMI Expo to express opinions, comments, criticisms and suggestions from the preparation to the implementation of the activity until now. The accompanying lecturers and operators were gathered in the auditorium of Halu Oleo University by presenting the Vice Rector for Student Affairs of Halu Oleo University, Dr. Nur Arafah, SP, M.Si,.
As Vice Rector of UHO, Dr. Nur Arafah and the Belmawa team will answer and open the discussion with all the accompanying lecturers from various universities throughout Indonesia who joined the KMI Expo event. He also explained the increase in the number of participants at the 2024 KMI Expo from previous years. This proves that the opportunities given by Belmawa are also quite large. In addition, this also shows the entrepreneurial talent of the younger generation which is getting bigger and more creative.
In his speech, he also did not forget to give advice on the importance of changing the way people view the world of work that has been seen by many people, namely working in an office, company and so on. However, Nur Arafah explained that the existence of entrepreneurs in the midst of an increasing population actually provides its own advantages.
“For office workers, the large population is a problem, but for entrepreneurs, many people are an opportunity, I think this is what we are talking about,” he said.
This activity was enthusiastically welcomed by the management and accompanying lecturers to ask questions, give opinions and convey criticism and suggestions as a form of evaluation for the implementation of a better and more meaningful KMI Expo in the following years.
