Five ULM PKM Teams Pass PIMNAS 2024 Finalist Selection
Five PKM teams from Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) have successfully passed to the 37th National Student Scientific Week (PIMNAS) in 2024. The following are the ULM PKM teams that have passed to participate in PIMNAS 2024:

The five teams that qualified will later participate in the 37th National Student Scientific Week (PIMNAS) 2024 which will be held on 14 to 19 October 2024 at Airlangga University, Surabaya. At the PIMNAS event, Finalists will be given the opportunity to present the results of their activities and hold a poster exhibition that they have prepared individually.
The determination of the PIMNAS award winners in each class is determined based on the accumulation of the PKM Final Report, Scientific Article and Presentation scores (PKM-RE, PKM-RSH, PKM-K, PKM-PM, PKM-PI, PKM-KC, PKM-KI); PKM Final Report score, Output Video Score and Presentation Score (PKM-VGK); as well as the Article or Written Work score and Presentation Score (PKM-GFT). The total score is the main component of the PIMNAS assessment.
In 2024, 67 proposals from ULM successfully passed to receive funding from the Mendikbudristek PKM program. Due to this achievement, ULM is ranked 6th among universities with the number of funded proposals in Indonesia. In detail, the total of 67 proposals consists of 21 PKM proposals in the field of Social Humanities Research (PKM-RSH), 1 PKM proposal in the field of Constructive Idea Video (PKM-VGK), 28 PKM proposals in the field of Exact Research (PKM-RE), 7 PKM proposals in the field of Community Service (PKM-PM), 4 PKM proposals in the field of Creative Ideas (PKM-KC), and 6 PKM proposals in the field of Entrepreneurship (PKM-K).
The Student Creativity Program (PKM) is an event for Indonesian students’ creativity which is held under the coordination of the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs. PKM has been held every year since 1988 as an effort to foster student creativity and innovation in shaping the character and thinking and acting skills of students. This creativity program which is specifically for students follows technological developments in the industrial revolution era in preparing Human Resources who are able to compete in the global era.
Until now, there are 10 PKM criteria, namely PKM Exact Research (PKM-RE), PKM Social Humanities Research (PKM-RSH), PKM Entrepreneurship (PKM-K), PKM Community Service (PKM-PM), PKM Application of Science and Technology (PKM-PI), PKM Creative Work (PKM-KC), PKM Innovative Work (PKM-KI), PKM Constructive Idea Video (PKM-VGK), PKM Written Futuristic Ideas (PKM-GFT), PKM Scientific Articles (PKM-AI).
Student Creativity Week 2024 is scheduled to be held for 3-4 months with output targets in the form of progress reports, final reports, PKM products, and advertised social media accounts. The PKM program is also designed to run in harmony and in accordance with the MBKM and IKU targets by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.
