100% Passed the Final Selection, 12 ULM Subproposals Passed 2024 Ormawa PPK Funding

A total of 12 subproposals from Lambung Mangkurat University passed the funding for the 2024 Student Organization Capacity Strengthening Program (PPK Ormawa). The following is a list of the subproposals that passed:

These results are based on the announcement issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture on May 21 2024 regarding recipients of the 2024 Ormawa PPK assistance. Previously, the 12 ormawa took part in the final selection which was carried out online from May 3-14 2024. Based on this, it was found that all ULM Ormawa subproposals Those who took part in the final selection successfully passed as recipients of funding assistance for the 2024 Ormawa Capacity Strengthening Program.

It is known that in the final selection there were 676 subproposals selected by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs of the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture. The selection results resulted in 622 subproposals being passed from 158 universities throughout Indonesia, including Lambung Mangkurat University.

Next, the student organizations that have been designated as program recipients will sign a contract with the Ministry of Education and Culture. The financial assistance was then distributed in 2 (two) stages, namely the first stage of 90% in June and the second stage of 10% in October. The program implementation and assistance by universities is carried out from June – October.

The implementation progress assessment is planned to be carried out in the first week of September. The Ormawa PPK assessment team is also designed to conduct visits in the first week of October.

PPK Ormawa is a community service and empowerment program initiated, planned and implemented by student organizations. The Ministry of Education and Culture hopes that this program can increase the capacity and abilities of student organizations and serve as a forum for students to develop soft skills as expected by the government to become superior human resources.

There are 13 topics that can be selected as material in the Ormawa PPK subproposal:

  1. Entrepreneurial Village/Subdistrict
  2. Smart Farming
  3. All girls’ school
  4. Young Farmers’ Studio
  5. Toga Conservation Village
  6. Digital Waste House
  7. Healthy Village/Subdistrict
  8. Smart Village/Subdistrict
  9. Climate Village
  10. Maritime Village/Subdistrict
  11. Forest Village
  12. Cultural Village/District
  13. Tourism Village/District

Apart from these 13 topics, participants can also submit subproposals with free topics related to improving human resources in target communities, pioneering and strengthening institutions, increasing income/education/health/environment, and embryonic sustainability.

Each organization receiving the program is required to produce outcomes, including:

  • Ormawa Reflection Book on Village Empowerment;
  • Executive summary
  • Electronic publication media that can be accessed by the public; And
  • Poster of program implementation results.
