Pardi Affandi, S.Si M.Sc., Became the First Graduate of the Environmental Science Doctoral Program
Banjarmasin (3 June 2024), the Environmental Science Doctoral Program at the Postgraduate Program at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) succeeded in graduating students for the first time. The student in question is Pardi Affandi, S.Si M.Sc., with NIM 2141213310004. During his study period of 2 years and 10 months, Pardi Affandi has produced two scientific papers published in the reputable international journal Scopus with rankings Q4 and Q1. The submitted dissertation is entitled “Mathematical Model of the Epidemiology of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever.”

The Environmental Science Doctoral Program at ULM is a multidisciplinary doctoral program that aims to meet the needs of superior human resources. Graduates of this program are able to answer environmental problems and natural resource management (SDA). This program synergizes technological developments and innovation in the sustainable use of wetland environments. Currently the Environmental Science Doctoral Program has been accredited Very Good by BAN-PT No. 601/SK/BAN-PT/D/II/2024

- Organizing environmental doctoral program education to produce graduates who are superior and able to compete in the management of natural resources and wetland environments.
- Carrying out research and development in the field of natural resource and environmental management, especially in wetland environmental studies.
- Carry out community service in the field of natural resource management and wetland environments through the application of science and technology innovation to improve community welfare.
