Health and Technology Majors are Most in Demand at UTBK SNBT ULM 2024
Banjarmasin – Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) is one of the universities implementing the Computer-Based Written Examination (UTBK) Test-Based National Selection (SNBT) National Selection for New Student Admissions (SNPMB) 2024. This year’s SNBT UTBK was held in 2 waves, where the first wave lasts for 7 days, namely April 30, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 May 2024.
This year there were 9,484 participants from various regions who took part in UTBK SNBT at ULM. ULM has prepared 24 computer laboratories spread across 10 ULM Banjarmasin buildings as facilities for carrying out UTBK tests.
In accepting new students in 2024, Lambung Mangkurat University has a total of 7,213 admissions with a division of 1,820 for the SNBP quota, 3,513 for the SNBT quota, and 1,880 for the Mandiri route quota. New student admissions were opened for 68 Diploma II and Undergraduate study programs spread across 11 faculties at ULM.

Information Technology study program with 750 registrants or the equivalent of 25 times the capacity;
Pharmacy study program with a total of 904 applicants or the equivalent of more than 22 times the capacity;
- Information Technology study program with 750 registrants or the equivalent of 25 times the capacity;
- Pharmacy study program with a total of 904 applicants or the equivalent of more than 22 times the capacity;
- Medical study program with 1,463 registrants or almost 20 times the capacity;
- Psychology study program with 904 registrants or the equivalent of 18 times the capacity;
- Computer Science study program with 604 applicants or reaching 17 times the capacity.
- Dentistry study program with 639 applicants or the equivalent of 14 times the capacity;
- Mining Engineering study program with 520 applicants or the equivalent of 14 times the capacity;
- Nursing study program with 590 applicants, almost 12 times the capacity;
- Public Health study program with 708 applicants or the equivalent of 11 times the capacity; And
- Management study program with 1,250 registrants or the equivalent of 10 times the capacity;
Based on this, it can be concluded that majors or study programs related to technology and health are study programs that are in great demand by UTBK participants at ULM.
