This faculty started with only 2 study programs, namely general economics and corporate economics, then developed into 9 study programs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Governor of South Kalimantan in his speech, represented by the Governor&#8217;s Expert Staff for Economics and Development of the Province of South Kalimantan, namely Agus Dyan Nur, S.E., M.M., Ak, CA, said that FEB is a faculty that has a strategic position in supporting regional and national development. So it is hoped that through the Faculty of Economics and Business, it can produce intelligent, creative and innovative generations who are able to compete globally and contribute to advancing the economy of South Kalimantan and Indonesia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FEB in 2024 has entered its 66th year. To celebrate the 66th FEB Anniversary, the committee which is part of the FEB ULM Student Executive Board held HARLAH 66th which started with the Opening Ceremony on Wednesday (25\/9\/2024). The activity held at the Lecture Theatre FEB ULM presented the Governor&#8217;s Expert Staff for Economics and Development of South Kalimantan Province, namely Agus Dyan Nur, S.E., M.M, Ak, CA, Dean and Vice Dean of FEB ULM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Chairperson of the Student Executive Board (BEM) FEB ULM said that the HARLAH 66th activity began with the Opening Ceremony and an international seminar themed Driving Towards Indonesian Golden Era&#8217;s 2024: Empowering Gen Z in Digital Preneurship and Economic Transformation. He further explained that this was only a series of HARLAH 66th events which would later be followed by various other activities such as competitions and bazaars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Dean of FEB ULM, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Yunani, SE, M.Si appreciated this activity. He was proud of the dedication and initiative taken by fellow students who tried to realize the HARLAH 66th activity to be carried out well. He also felt the importance of understanding Gen Z children in following economic reforms that are always changing and shifting towards digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;The process of the Faculty of Economics, which initially had 2 study programs, now has 9 study programs,&#8221; he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In line with Ahmad Yunani, the Expert Staff of the Governor for Economics and Development of South Kalimantan Province also hopes that this activity can be a solution to economic challenges in the era of increasingly complex and dynamic globalization where technological changes, market shifts, and social dynamics require us all to always be ready to face these challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Therefore, this international seminar is very relevant in providing new insights and enriching our thinking regarding global economic developments, business strategies and innovations needed to compete at the international level,&#8221; said Agus Dyan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The international seminar with the theme &#8220;Driving Towards Indonesian Golden Era&#8217;s 204: Empowering Gen Z in Digital Preneurship and Economic Transformation&#8221; went smoothly by presenting expert speakers in their fields, namely Prof. Dr. Abdelhak Senadjki from Tuanku Abdul Rahman University, Malaysia and Syafriad, S.E, M.Ec., Ph.D as Head of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of South Kalimantan.
