Banjarmasin \u2013 The Dentistry Professional Education Study Program, Professional Program (PSPPDGPP) Faculty of Dentistry, Lambung Mangkurat University (FKG ULM) held a General Clerkship (PANUM) for New Students for the Odd Semester of 2024\/2025 which was held in the 5th Floor Hall of the Gusti Hasan Aman Dental and Oral Hospital (RSGM), Thursday (15\/8\/2024).<\/p>\r\n

The activity, which is a series of acceptance of new students for the Dentistry Profession, will last for 3 (three) days from 15 to 16 and 22 August 2024 with various introduction programs including the fields of Service, Patient Safety, Drug Safety and others by speakers from RSGM and FKG Lecturers.<\/p>\r\n

Present at this activity were the Head of General Administration and Finance Mu’tiah. SH., MKM., MH., Head of the Dentistry Profession Study Program Dr. drg. Debby Saputera, Sp.Pros., Lecturer of FKG ULM and new students of the Dentistry Profession. In her speech, Mu\u2019tiah. SH., MKM., MH representing the Director of RSGM welcomed the presence of 73 New Students of the Dentistry Profession Study Program.<\/p>\r\n

She hopes that all students can undergo the introduction at RSGM well because for the next two years RSGM will be a place of learning for Dentistry Profession students.<\/p>\r\n

PANUM is an initial briefing activity to prepare students before entering a hospital\/health center. This activity provides a basic understanding of ethical and medicolegal aspects, the principles of universal precaution and patient safety, as well as an understanding of the stages for determining a diagnosis, proper and rational management, and medical records when conducting practicums.<\/p>\r\n

More precisely, students of the Dentistry Profession Program who will carry out coass are given briefing materials such as Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (PMKP), Infection Prevention and Control (PPI), Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD).<\/p>\r\n

On the second day, students took a hospital tour and received material on Drug Safety and socialization on Rights, Obligations, Rewards and Punishments while working as coass at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman.<\/p>\r\n

On the third day, students are scheduled to receive material on K3RS, APAR, and B3 Waste Management. Students also received socialization related to the rotation system and education mechanisms as well as medical records at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. Each student will take a pre-test and post-test before and after the PANUM series of activities are carried out to test their understanding of the material provided.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
