Banjarmasin \u2013 Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) continues to be committed to making achievements, especially on the national stage. This is proven by the departure of the ULM Choir Team which will compete in the National Student Choir Competition (LPSMN) which will be held on 1-5 July. A farewell performance event was held in the Rectorate Hall, 1st floor, on Wednesday (26\/6\/2024) as a form of support and appreciation for the Choir team who will mobilize their abilities and talents in the competition which will be held at Sam Ratulangi University, Manado.<\/p>\n
This event is also one of the events held regularly by the Indonesian Talent Development Center (BPTI) or the National Achievement Center (Puspresnas). This year, the National Achievement Center (Puspresnas) again held a national student choir competition (LPSMN).<\/p>\n
Choir is a talent event in the field of Arts and Culture, namely sound arts, which is held for students at universities. The Choir Event is held in stages, from regional to national, to attract the best participants from all universities in Indonesia. This tiered mechanism is one way to provide equal and fair opportunities for students throughout Indonesia to excel and become potential talents.<\/p>\n
PIC Choir, Sherly explained that preparations had been made for the last 5 months. She is confident that this team will provide maximum results.<\/p>\n
“Thank God, so far the children have been able to complete the process well. So, God willing, on the 28th we will leave in good health and ready,” said the PIC of the ULM Choir.<\/p>\n
She further said that this was not the final match that would be followed, in fact it would continue in mid-July at the international match in Bali. Therefore, he asked for support from various parties to get through the process to the international level.<\/p>\n
“After the match in Manado, God willing, we will also compete internationally in Bali with the same group in mid-July,” she added.<\/p>\n
In line with the Rector of ULM, he really appreciates and supports this activity. The commitment given by ULM is not small in supporting ULM’s smooth achievement.<\/p>\n
“Our BOPTN 54 M is quite large, so it can support us in achieving ULM progress,” said the Rector<\/p>\n
Not to forget, the ULM Rector always gives enthusiasm and motivation to the team which will depart on June 28 to be able to show their best performance at LPSMN 2024. He hopes that ULM can become a champion in order to improve the quality and quality of higher education.<\/p>\n
