This activity was held in Bali for 3 (three) days from 19-21 June 2024 at the Trans Resort Hotel, Bali .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This activity is an annual agenda organized by the Directorate General of Education and Technology, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia as a means of gathering public relations personnel from PTN, PTS and LLDikti. Apart from that, through holding this National Working Meeting, it is also hoped that it can increase synergy and collaboration between the Director General of Diktiristek and PTN, PTS, and LLDikti in the field of Public Relations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This agenda is filled with providing material related to management and public relations media from public relations practitioners and experts, socialization of the 2024 Diktiristek Public Relations Award, and group discussions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There were 5 (five) materials provided by public relations practitioners and experts at the 2024 Diktiristek Public Relations Working Meeting, including:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Material 1: Building Relationships and Collaborating with the Media in the Digital Era by Sari Soegondo, General Chair of the Indonesian PR Companies Association (APPRI)<\/li>\n<li>Material 2: Crisis Communication by Jojo S. Nugroho, Managing Director of Imogen PR<\/li>\n<li>Material 3: Proactive Strategic Planning: Anticipating Change, Creating Opportunity by Fardila Astari, Deputy General Secretary 1 Perhumas<\/li>\n<li>Material 4: Connecting the Dots through Social Media by Khoiria Oktaviani, Coordinator of Communication and Public Information Services of the KLIK Bureau of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources<\/li>\n<li>Material 5: Digital Communication Management by Rulli Nasrullah, Digital Communication Consultant.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the next agenda, the Raker participants were then divided into 10 groups consisting of 9-10 PTNs, PTSs, and LLDikti. Each group is asked to design a communication strategy plan, starting from the program, program objectives, communication objectives, and target audience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Then a discussion was held to prepare a situation analysis using the PESTEL (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, and Legal) method. Next, the group was asked to describe the strategy to be used, determine key messages, and communication tactics using the PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned) model.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Furthermore, the 2024 Diktiristek Public Relations Award (AHD) was given by Dinna Handini from the Director General of Diktristek. She explained several changes in the implementation of AHD 2024, starting from competition categories to using Google Forms to upload reports.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">AHD is an annual agenda organized by Public Relations of the Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;In principle, this event is held to evaluate the performance of program implementation. &#8220;Also appreciation from the Directorate of Research and Technology for the work that has been done,&#8221; said Dinna Handini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This year, AHD 2024 was held with the theme &#8220;Transformation of Higher Education&#8221;. There are 3 (three) sub-themes that can be selected, namely Main Performance Indicators (IKU), Independent Learning Campus (MBKM), and Matching Fund Program (PDP).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are 6 (six) categories of competition, namely Page Management, Press Release Management, Social Media Management, Agency Magazines, Most Popular Public Relations Personnel, and Student Press.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Public Relations of the Director General of Higher Education and Technology divided participants into 5 (five) categories, including Legal Entity PTNs, Public Service Agency PTNs, Work Unit PTNs, Higher Education Service Institutions (LLDikti), and Private Universities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Collection of competition products can be done from July to August. Meanwhile, in December there will be a phase I assessment, presentation and phase II assessment.
