Banjarbaru \u2013 In order to foster a sense of patriotism among educational people in the region on the occasion of National Education Day 2024, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) mobilized the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) in South Kalimantan to hold an exhibition with the theme “Move Together, Continue Freedom of Learning, Freedom of Culture” which also collaborates with other UPTs under the Ministry of Education and Culture, including Lambung Mangkurat University, BPK Wil XIII, LLDikti Region XI, BGP, and all UPTs in other areas.<\/p>\n
This activity is a follow-up to the Circular Letter of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology dated 18 April 2024 Number 11505\/A\/HK.04.01\/2024 concerning exhibitions which appeals to all UPTs (Technical Implementation Units) at the Center and in the regions to enliven the commemoration National Education Day 2024 by holding an exhibition assisted by the South Kalimantan Education Quality Assurance Center (BPMP).<\/p>\n
The event, which was held for 3 days, namely 17-19 May at the Banjarbaru Museum, also collaborated with other UPTs, namely LLDikti Region XI, BPK Region XIII Central Kalimantan, Lambung Mangkurat University and other UPTs under the Ministry of Education and Culture.<\/p>\n
“This is part of an ecosystem of activities that brings together all stakeholders in the region including UPT, both those under the Provincial Government and UPT directly under the Ministry of Education and Culture,” said Muslimin, Head of the Center for Cultural Preservation Region XIII, Central Kalimantan.<\/p>\n
ULM itself, through the Public Relations Sub-Section (HUMAS), continues to be committed to enlivening the activities initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture by participating in the 2024 National Education Day exhibition, of course the theme of this activity is also related to the program that ULM itself is currently running, namely Freedom to Learn. Therefore, as a form of support in order to encourage the success of the MBKM program initiated by the Central Government, the ULM Public Relations Team is ready to provide all information services to the public and the wider community through this exhibition.<\/p>\n
Apart from that, this activity was also appreciated by the Expert Staff for Community Affairs and Human Resources, Husnul Hatimah who was present at the Opening event on 17 May. According to him, this exhibition can increase experience in seeing the importance of maintaining harmony between the implementation of education and the Independent Curriculum through efforts to preserve local culture as part of the identity of the Indonesian nation.<\/p>\n
“We can see firsthand how the Merdeka Curriculum has provided space for educational units in South Kalimantan and teachers to innovate and develop learning models that suit regional needs and characteristics, including incorporating local wisdom values,” she added.<\/p>\n
The exhibition activities took place lively with games with prizes provided by each booth. In fact, this activity was also enlivened by a culinary festival which provided free food to visitors and committee members for 3 days of activities ranging from cakes to typical Banjar foods such as Banjar lettuce and ketupat betumis. Not only that, the activities carried out over these 3 days are always busy with comedy competitions, art performances such as dance and madihin as well as scientific activities by presenting speakers who are experts in their fields.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
