Banjarmasin \u2013 The Planning Department of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) held a Workshop on Preparing Performance Agreements (PK) for Work Unit Leaders in 2024 on Monday (22\/4\/2024). This activity took place in the Rector’s Senate Meeting Room, attended by the Rectorof ULM Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Sc., Vice Rector for Cooperation, Public Relations and Information Systems Dr. Ir. Yusuf Azis, M.Sc., Head of BPKH, and Chair of WCU (World Class University).<\/p>\r\n

This workshop was initiated by the ULM Planning Section because there were several changes to the basic regulations in the 2024 Higher Education Performance Agreement. In this workshop the Rector said that ULM’s current position of achieving 3rd place nationally at BLU Higher Education should be grateful for because previously ULM was only in position 32 nationally.<\/p>\r\n

“ULM is still in 3rd BLU position out of 65 BLU state universities, but it is still a temporary position. ULM’s fate is determined by ULM, if for example we can be optimal, then of course we can survive nationally and this is something to be grateful for because the previous achievement was number 32 nationally. “Meanwhile, the temporary position for our KPI achievements is at number 8 nationally from position 64 the previous year.” He said.<\/p>\r\n

This workshop invited the leadership of work units within ULM, starting from the Dean, Deputy Dean, Head of the Academic Support Unit (UPA) and Head of Study Programs. Through holding this workshop, it is hoped that in the future ULM can realize effective, transparent and accountable performance, especially in making ULM a World Class University.<\/p>\r\n

“Congratulations on your work and be fully equipped, as comprehensive as possible so that this really becomes a reference for bringing ULM to progress even more rapidly and hopefully our accreditation will become more and more superior,” he concluded in his speech.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
