LMMC Banjarmasin Clinic Receives “Plenary” Accreditation
Lambung Mangkurat Medical Center (LMMC) as a health service unit for academics and the community from Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) achieved “Plenary” accreditation from the Health Facilities Accreditation Institute (LAFKESPRI). This accreditation is recognition of the quality and high standards of service provided by LMMC.
“Plenary” accreditation is the highest rating given by LAFKESPRI which is the PKLU accreditation organizing institution (LPA) to provide recognition that PKLU health service facilities have met certain standards set
This indicates that LMMC has met the strict education and service quality standards that have been prepared by LAFKESPRI and the Ministry of Health.
During the Accreditation process, LMMC undergoes a comprehensive evaluation process. Evaluation involves assessing various aspects, including facilities, doctors, nurses, and clinic management.
The impact of “Plenary” Accreditation is expected to increase LMMC’s reputation as a superior medical institution. Then the public will also have more confidence in the medical services provided by LMMC. And will increase the attractiveness for students and lecturers to make LMMC a choice as the main health facility of choice.

LAFKESPRI (Primary Health Facilities Accreditation Institute) is an institution established in 2022 as a primary health facilities accreditation agent (LPA PKLU-T2). The aim is to assess healthcare facilities, ensuring that the products and services they provide are made by competent professionals and meet quality standards. By accrediting these facilities, LAFKESPRI aims to build public trust in the competence of health workers and the quality of services provided.
