ULM 2023 KPI Evaluation Results Meeting for a More Optimal 2024 KPI Target

Banjarmasin – Upgrading its status from a work unit university (Satker) to a Public Service Agency University (BLU), Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) continues to provide its best efforts to produce maximum performance. This was conveyed at the 2023 KPI Achievement Evaluation Results Meeting following up on the results of the evaluation of the 2023 ULM Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievements by the Finance and BMN Bureau of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology and PPK BLU of the Ministry of Finance in the Senate meeting room on the 3rd floor on Friday ( 8/3/2024). Apart from that, this event also has a strategic agenda for increasing KPI achievements in 2024 by inviting the asset optimization team in order to achieve the ULM target in 2024.

Present at the event were the Head of the Finance and General Bureau, Head of the Planning, Cooperation and Public Relations Bureau, Acting, Head of the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau, Head of the BLU Remuneration Implementation Team, Head of the Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Task Force and Members, as well as related parties.

For KPI itself, the BLU Chairman or ULM Rector has a Performance Agreement with the Ministry of Finance which has 2 aspects of the agreement, namely the financial aspect and the service aspect. Financial aspects related to income ratios, operational costs, income realization, BLU income realization, and asset optimization. Therefore, on this occasion, ULM also invited the Asset Optimization Team to provide input regarding ULM’s achievement targets in 2024. Meanwhile, the service aspect is related to the information system and services provided as a whole by ULM.
